Our Instructor
Ivette Rodriguez is the founder of International Academy of Real Properties. She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico where she obtained her BA in Biology. She continually strives to grow and excel. Originally from San Juan, PR, Ivette began her current career as a Real Estate Professional and Instructor a few years back and has now established her own Real Estate educational facility in order to train future Real Estate agents. She will provide you with the highest level of knowledge, give you all the necessary tools and advice, guaranteeing that you will achieve a successful and great career in this exciting field.
Ivette has substantial experience as a Real Estate Instructor, as well as Community Association Manager. She has served on the Board of Directors of a Condominium Association and has been an active CAM Manager. She has derived her broad experience from working closely with some of the top brokers, agents and instructors in Real Estate and CAM.
She enjoys being a mentor to new rising Real Estate associates. Ivette has been active in many community, civic and charitable organizations including Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She has been a resident of South Florida for the last 30 years and loves living here, where she can enjoy the beaches, sunshine and the rich diversity of interacting with people from many cultures.
