Real Estate Associate Post-License
Renewing your Sales Associate license for the first time?
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Sale Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education prior to their first license renewal deadline. There is no grace period, and failing to take a Post-License course before the deadline will result in your license being null and void.

You must pass the End of Course Exam with an score of 75% or higher to receive credit for the class. Students who misses more than 10% of the instruction may not take end of course final examination. A student who missed hours must do so and take the missed final examination within 30 days of the original examination.
