Community Association Manager

Background Information

IARP is pleased to be the exclusive South Florida host location for Florida CAM Schools, LLC, classes. Florida CAM Schools is an established leader in CAM prelicensing and exam preparation and continuing education courses.

Florida is an attractive place for people to rent/purchase properties, including condominiums, cooperatives and homes - community associations are part of all of these. This opens up many market opportunities for licensed CAM’s to generate a substantial income. Although, the Board of Directors of a community association have the obligation to maintain, manage, and operate the community, often a CAM is hired by the Board of Directors to carry out these tasks in an orderly and law abiding manner. When registering for any CAM course, you will be redirected to Florida CAM Schools’ website for scheduling and payment.
